So, I ended up with trial and error on a quest to find a system for me that helps me feel good at the end of the day.
See, THAT'S what I wanted. I wanted to end the day, feeling proud of what I've accomplished and how I have shown up during the day!
I wanted productive days to amount to productive weeks and then again to productive months...and years!

I'm gonna be honest with you. As all of us, I too, face my devils every day because it's easy for me - just like anyone - to kick back, to get distracted, to be a people pleaser, to lose to overwhelm, to focus on shiny things instead of things that matter.
But, here is how I know this works: I can literally track the difference - when I don't stick to the routines I describe in the class, my mindset sucks, my good habits fade, and my progress s-l-o-w-s down to a crawl.

In order to feel productive, it does not involve getting a lot done. Productivity starts with doing the things you said you would do. Keep the promises that you make to yourself. That's what video 1 is about.
What people refer to as "to-do" lists are not really to-do lists. They get it all wrong. In video 2, you'll learn how to create a to-do list that you are excited about and look forward to and that doesn't cause you anxiety just by looking at it.
The way you start your mornings matters and can make a big difference on how your entire day plays out. In video 3, I will show you how to add some spice to your mornings.
When you create to-dos, don't forget to think about to-bes! In video 4, you'll define how you want to show up during the day, set an intention for the day so that you don't fall back to your default reactions.
Video 5 helps you get into execution mode and do what you planned to do. You will learn how to prioritize your tasks, eliminate procrastination to get started fast, and focus on the task at hand.
For proper self-management, you need to manage your time as well as your energy. Discover in video 6 what drains your energy and how you can recover on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level.
The world is not meant to be distraction free. But that's not what we are after here. We are not looking to avoid distractions. In video 7 you'll learn how to manage them appropriately.
